How to order

KocoBay.com currently provides services to international visitors and local residents physically present on the island who wish to source unique Jamaican-made products. We deliver locally to hotels, villas & guesthouses.

How it works:

Products in our online store are identified as either IN STOCK or SPECIAL ORDER items.

IN STOCK means the item is ready and available and requires 2-3 days for fulfillment after payment is received. SPECIAL ORDER items must be requested by us from the Seller/Artisan and then sent to you. IN STOCK items are usually able to be delivered in 48 -72 hours while SPECIAL ORDER items may take between 5-7 days to be delivered after payment is received.

Please use the shopping cart & checkout facility to place your order. Once we receive your order desirous of purchasing an item, an email payment request (PayPal Invoice) link will be sent to your email account. You will be able to make payment via PayPal.

Payment options:
We currently accept payment via PayPal. A PayPal Invoice will be sent by email to allow for payment using your method of choice (credit, debit or PayPal funds).

Shipping:
Local delivery island-wide is provided by TARA courier services.

Returns/Refunds:
If you receive an item that has a defect or is incorrect, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you are a visitor on the island, please make sure to do so well in advance of your departure date so that the situation can be resolved before departing the island.
